Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Non-returnable items:
- Used, opened, or damaged products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products if opened
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Alisha Smart Shop will cover the return shipping cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipping
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns
