Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products if opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Alisha Smart Shop will cover the return shipping cost

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Exchanges
